Yes - child and adolescent psychology is one of our core specialisations. We work with children from early childhood through to late adolescence, supporting issues like anxiety, emotional regulation, learning differences, school-related stress, and family transitions. Sessions are play-based and age-appropriate, creating a safe space where children feel heard and understood. Online option is also available, depending on the age and needs of the child.
Trauma therapy helps individuals process and heal from painful past experiences, whether a single event or prolonged stress, that continue to affect daily life. At Being Brave, we use evidence-based trauma-informed approaches, including narrative therapy, somatic techniques and arts-based therapy, to support healing at your own pace. All our therapist are trained in trauma informed practices.
